How to book

All sessions are held online via Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp.

The booking begins with a simple first step. Please contact me to share what type of support you are looking for.

I will then send you a short intake form for you to complete and return to me and the payment details. Once the payment is completed, you’ll receive your personal booking link to choose the time that suits you best. This process ensures your session is fully tailored to you from the very beginning.

You will receive message reminder a day before the appointment.

How to prepare:

Find a quiet space where you will be not disturbed by other people or family members for the duration of the session 60-90 min.

Boundaries and Availability:

I work evenings and weekends.

In respect to everyone time and busy schedule the inquiries, changes and communication will be handled during available times.

Cancellation Policy:

If you ned to reschedule or cancel your session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments are non-refundable.
